Graduated from Xian Jiaotong University in Fluid Mechanics, Mr. Cai Shuo, to be one of the pioneers working in international hotels in China since 1984, worked up the hotel management ladder from the rank in solid steps and gained valuable hotel management knowledge and experiences. Entering the new century, Mr. Cai Shuo dominated a famours international hotel company, the Carlson Hotels Group from United States to enter into China market. To follow, he worked in a couple of other international hotel companies which were newly entering China. He first and subsequently posted the Chief Representative, Operation Manager for New Hotels, Director of Design and Construction, Senior Vice President of Development and Technical Services. He contributed to the setting up of foundations for these companies. Mr. Cai Shuo also served in large private domestic real estate company in capacity of president of the hotel group of 12 properties. He gained valuable experience in servicing the hotel owners.
